Al-Noor Orchard payment plan

The second phase of the installment plan starts after the completion of the first phase. In this phase, buyers have to pay a down payment of 15% of the total price. The remaining amount is then divided into quarterly installments over a period of three years. The third phase of the installment plan starts after the completion of the second phase. In this phase, buyers have to pay a down payment of 20% of the total price. The remaining amount is then divided into quarterly installments over a period of four years.
