I stopped taking sports drinks (turned out the nearby water was high in calcium and they bound with each other), and use pure water rather cranberry and pomegranate unsweetened (or no artificial swtnrs), consume dandelion leaves, asparagus, artichoke and the water they are cooked in. Most importantly: consume naturally, and definitely drink a massive glass of warm water with 1 tspn apple cider vinegar and 1Tblspn genuine lemon juice upon waking, which aids with many things. But each and every particular person is various, if you can: seek the advice of your medical doctor first. I dont' have income for insurance or medical doctors, so food have to be my only medicine.
