New feature proposals

The starting XI may be more firmly set in stone given Gareth Bale's fitness and Isco's form, but the decision as to which players to include in his final match-day squad of the season has been proving difficult. Therefore, the expected XI is as follows: Keylor Navas, Dani Carvajal, Raphael Varane, Maglie da calcio Liverpool Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Isco, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo. Only seven additional players will earn a spot - 18 total- so the French coach has some tradeoffs to consider and decisions to make. Back-up keeper Kiko Casilla is almost certain to be included, as is the versatile defender Nacho, who has enjoyed a standout campaign and filled in whenever called upon. Mateo Kovacic in midfield, and Alvaro Morata and Gareth Bale up front are almost a given as well, which leaves just two spots. With Carvajal returning from injury, all signs point to Danilo being included, Maglie da calcio Bayer Leverkusen and Marco Asensio looks likely to earn a final attacking spot given how well he has changed matches from the bench with his quality in the past. That would leave players like Pepe, Lucas Vazquez and James Rodriguez without a final appearance, with two of the three likely leaving the club.
