The WhatsApp Aero app is only available on Windows PCs and is not banned or prone to security issues. There are no legal issues associated with the app, so it will never be an issue for you. Another advantage is that it doesn't have any annoying ads and is available in multiple languages. Users can also recover their messages using anti-ban feature. It is very easy to download and install. All you need to do is enable the unknown sources option and tap on the settings button.
