EPR Plastic Waste Annual Compliance is a program aimed at ensuring that, by a requisite producer, engage in the management and disposal of the plastics waste that accrue from their products. In this system, the companies have made an annual goal to collect, recycle and process the plastic waste for eradicating pollution in the environment. It requires “disclosure of the amount of pet plastic in the market, assurance of ‘proper’ disposal of the plastic wastes and sponsorship of waste management initiatives.”
