<br>CAIRO, Aug 12 (Reuters) - The United Arab Emirates on Monday urged UAE-backed Yemeni southern separatists that took control of Aden, seat of the Saudi-backed Yemeni government, to engage in dialog to defuse the crisis.<br> <br>Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan also said in a statement after meeting Saudi Arabia's crown prince in the kingdom that the two Gulf Arab allies would "adamantly confront any and all powers that threaten the safety and security of the region."
