Alright everyone, anybody on Siemens service? We have been using their platform for a minute and gotta say it's pretty solid. The support team can be on point once you finally get ahold of them, which can be a chore. At the end of the day it does what we need, but brace yourself for some classic enterprise-level red tape. Anybody have thoughts?
