looking for reliable siemens support in my area

Yo everyone, anyone else running Siemens gear? We've been on it for a while and honestly it's a mixed bag. Their customer service is actually hit or miss the times we have a hiccup. Still, the initial setup was a bit of a headache. Curious if anyone has tips for the reporting module? It works but seems kinda smoother. Overall though, not a bad choice.
